Job Description:

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a leading provider of spa services, with a strong presence in the US and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals and targets
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services, including massages, facials, and hair removal treatments
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude to work, contributing to a productive and supportive team environment
