**Job Overview**

Bryten Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete all maintenance service requests in a timely manner, including basic general repairs such as drywall, painting, carpentry, etc., as well as HVAC and other appliances.
  • Occasionally work on call as needed and/or as scheduled, as well as non-traditional schedules such as special events and weekends.
  • Assist with turnkey operations by preparing vacant units rent-ready in a timely manner and performing various repairs.
  • Assist with plumbing system issues, including replacing faucets, toilets, and hot water tanks, fixing garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized vocational training preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in building and facility maintenance desired.
  • Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing highly desirable.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Read and write English at intermediate level to read diagrams, meters, instructions, and write reports.
