Job Summary: We are seeking a Custodial Worker I to perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties in our university buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in university buildings
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
- Adapt to changing assignments and priorities
- Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in assignment
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
