Experience Level: Entry-level

Compensation: $11-$18 per hour based on experience

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM & Saturday Mornings 9 AM to 12 PM

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for working with children and is eager to make a meaningful contribution to the families in our community. This role is vital in ensuring that we deliver on our commitment to providing Serious Fun while prioritizing health and safety.

Our structured curriculum is provided, but we value creativity and collaboration among our instructors to enhance the learning experience for our students. Classes vary in duration from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of activities. In this role, you will teach traditional gymnastics skills, including bars, beam, and vault, alongside obstacle courses, fundamental body shapes, introductory tumbling, and stretching exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging classes based on our established curriculum and teaching methods (training will be provided).
  • Ensure an exceptional customer service experience, treating all members like family.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized gym and lobby area at all times.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
  • Open to being playful and celebrating children's achievements (experience in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is beneficial).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Genuine desire to help others and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Strong rapport with both children and their parents.
  • Enjoyment of fun activities while also recognizing when to focus on responsibilities.
