Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee significant projects for a prestigious pharmaceutical client. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is executed from conception to completion with precision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise one large-scale project or several electrical construction initiatives, focusing on personnel management, compliance with contracts, project planning, scheduling, and financial oversight.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with field personnel, project teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Implement LEAN methodologies to enhance project efficiency and align deliverables with client expectations.
- Take charge of financial management to guarantee project profitability and sustainability.
- Foster and develop client relationships that extend beyond individual projects, enhancing overall satisfaction and trust.
- Guide and mentor Project Engineers, preparing them for advancement in their careers.
- Strategically plan and manage all project phases, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the various components involved in successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in electrical construction management.
- Proven track record in managing multiple MEP projects, preferably within an electrical firm or related contractor.
- Experience with data centers, federal projects, industrial settings, or healthcare facilities is advantageous.
