Logistics Coordinator

At All Fleet Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized 1st Shift Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our fleet of technicians, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, gathering essential information and documenting details.
• Respond to issues, coordinating with departments and field units to resolve problems.
• Plan and prioritize routes to optimize technician utilization and minimize downtime.
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians.
• Prioritize and organize calls based on urgency, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Supervise the route and status of field units, prioritizing their daily schedule to meet customer needs.
• Maintain and update call logs, records, and other critical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, mechanics, and customers via phone, computer, and text.
• Manage large company accounts, building relationships with key personnel and resolving queries and issues.

• Proven ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
