Responsibilities

  • Lead a High-Performing Team of restaurant staff and shift managers
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service and foster a family-like atmosphere
  • Hire, Train, and Manage Restaurant Team Members and restaurant shift managers
  • Manage Restaurant Operations including scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
  • Ensure Food Safety and Quality standards are met
  • Conflict Resolution and Communication skills required
  • Proficient in Back-of-House and Point-of-Sale Systems

Requirements

  • Minimum of Two Years' Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to Work Variable Shifts including opening, mid, and closing shifts
