Housekeeper Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team as a Flex Team member. As a Housekeeper, you will have the flexibility to work as a Housekeeper multiple communities within the Indianapolis market and will have the accessibility to pick up shifts according to your availability. This position will have the flexibility to work up to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and convey the philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for Residents.
  • Monitor inventory of chemicals, supplies and equipment needed for laundry and housekeeping tasks.
  • Maintain required records; use Maintenance Request Log appropriately.
  • Familiarize yourself with cleaning schedules of Residents' apartments and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks.
  • Perform housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferred knowledge and experience in senior living.
  • High school graduate or GED required.
