About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView. As a Crew Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our landscaping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a landscaping crew, ensuring that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Direct the work of 2-5 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a schedule and ensure that service expectations are met.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all crew members are performing their work safely and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:
