Job Summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a Construction Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting construction observations and documenting site conditions on various project locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct construction observations and document site conditions on project sites
  • Interpret construction documents and prepare field reports
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of construction activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of water and sanitary sewer line installations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in construction inspection or a related field
  • Knowledge of water and sanitary sewer line installations
  • NICET certification is a plus, but not required
  • OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
