Electrical/Wiring Technician Job Description

At Stiles Machinery, we're committed to helping manufacturers increase their efficiency and productivity. As an Electrical/Wiring Technician, you'll play a crucial role in building back panels for our machinery models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation of components and wiring cables.
  • Examine final work for completeness and quality levels, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
  • Inform supervisors of any quality issues and support team members as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of relevant production experience.
  • 1 year of experience reading and utilizing blueprints/schematics.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical principles.
  • Ability to read and understand European schematics (preferred).
What We Offer:
  • Starting pay: $20-$23/hour (based on experience).
  • Quarterly bonus potential: $480/quarter (estimated extra $1/hour).
  • 17 vacation days provided upon hire, prorated by start date.
