About Carmel Manor: We are a Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility dedicated to providing compassionate care for over 70 years. Our mission emphasizes treating all staff and residents with dignity and kindness.
We are currently looking to fill the position of Nutritional Services Assistant.
- Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $19 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
- Conveniently located within 5 miles of downtown Cincinnati.
Qualifications for Nutritional Services Assistant:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English is essential.
- This role involves standing, lifting, walking, climbing, and may include potential hazards associated with kitchen and food service environments.
- As mandated by state law, a criminal record check is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in serving scheduled meals, beverages, and snacks to residents.
- Monitor and record food temperatures for each meal served.
- Procure food and supplies as directed.
- Receive and properly store food and supplies.
- Organize tray cards, serve meals, and load food carts efficiently.
