Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team as a CEN Parent Support Specialist. As a CEN Parent Support Specialist, you'll work closely with families who have children enrolled in the Children's Extraordinary Needs (CEN) program, providing essential support and care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including physical and emotional support, healthcare recommendations, and behavioral interventions.
  • Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Assist with household management and general housekeeping.
Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be a biological parent, adoptive parent, step-parent, or legal guardian of a child selected for the CEN program.
  • Your child must be between 5-17 years of age.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
