Job Title: Content Writer

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team at NANA Regional Corp. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for various audiences. Your primary goal will be to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, using your exceptional writing skills to craft compelling stories and articles.

About the Job:
This is a remote position that requires a strong understanding of communication principles and techniques. You will work closely with our team to develop a content strategy that meets the needs of our internal and external audiences. Your tasks will include researching and writing articles, fact sheets, and other materials that align with our communications' strategic plans.

Responsibilities:
- Research and write feature articles, operations highlights, slide content, website and newsletter content, video scripts, fact-sheet content, web content, and other materials that align with communications' strategic plans.
- Organize and analyze information from highly technical sources and interview subject matter experts to produce written materials in concise and approachable language without loss of technical meaning.
- Collaborate with technical editors to ensure adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
- Assist in creation of multimedia content for web, social media, and other uses.
- Collaborate with staff from Internal Communications to provide needed support and required products.
- Support development of visual and digital media, often working with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop attractive and high-impact visual products.

Requirements:
- Ability to understand complex information and communicate it effectively to any audience in a timely, interesting, and compelling manner that conveys the importance and excitement of working at ORNL and/or prompts internal audiences to learn more and make decisions.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of effective writing techniques for a variety of media as well as a knowledge of technical language, usage, and style conventions.
- Experience interpreting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated organizational, recordkeeping, and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management or staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple time-constrained projects and to successfully complete each.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, a science or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay Information:
$60 per hour,
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek).
