We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Mental Health Services to lead our interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to older adults. As a key member of our Psychiatric Medical Care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of mental health services, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatric physicians, therapists, and medical office coordinators, in providing mental health services to seniors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to ensure a steady flow of patients.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
