Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional care to young children with disabilities or delays.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and support to families to enhance their child's development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Connecticut.
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
