Job Details

Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Practitioner APN to join our team. As a key member of our Inpatient Service, you will be responsible for participating in clinical activities, evaluating and managing patients under physician supervision, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in clinical activities and provide high-quality patient care
  • Evaluate and manage patients under physician supervision
  • Provide billing, customer service, and clinical responsibilities
  • Utilize and perform duties to practice within job responsibilities outlined in the Advanced Practice Nurse Collaborative agreement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years nursing and critical care experience with a strong Cardiology background
  • Masters degree or greater from an ANA accredited School of Nursing
  • Current NJ License as a Registered Nurse and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse
  • Current CDS and DEA licenses required within 6 months of employment
  • Current CPR and ACLS certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency
  • Maintain required continuing education credits

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 64 bi-weekly hours
