Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by building loyalty and repeat business, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandise: Process sales transactions, receive and unpack merchandise, and stock and clean pharmacy products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, verify merchandise condition, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in new or changing work roles and job responsibilities, and be willing to learn and implement new technologies and processes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
