Job Summary

Aureus Medical Group - Lab is seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join their team as a travel professional. This is a 14-week contract assignment with a scheduled shift of days with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cytological examinations to diagnose diseases and conditions
  • Conduct microscopic and macroscopic examinations of tissue samples
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate results
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide patient care and education
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Cytotechnologist within the last three years
  • ASCP certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
