We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing assembly and soldering tasks using various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform production assembly from formal work instructions and drawings
  • Perform moderately complex assembly and/or soldering tasks using tools such as hot tweezers, cutters, soldering iron, solder pot, and stereo microscope
  • Work on multiple products within the department or company
  • Understand Kan Ban and small batch size requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate manual and computerized status reports and logs
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of manufacturing software
