Nutrition Counselor

Job Overview:

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide nutrition intervention and education to residents.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing nutritional needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring progress. Your expertise will help ensure that residents receive the best possible care, supporting their overall health and well-being.

With approximately 27 hours of work per week and a rate of $24-$26 per hour, you will have the flexibility to balance your career and personal life. To succeed in this role, you must possess an associate's degree and complete an approved NDTR program or earn a bachelor's degree with coursework accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). You will also need to pass the national exam for NDTRs administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and maintain registration through continuing educational requirements.
