Pipe Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a Pipe Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes for our projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of pipe systems, and the ability to work effectively with a team.

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of a 2–7 person crew to ensure efficient and safe pipe installation.
• Utilize heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill drainage pipe, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Sequence pipe installation to minimize interference with other project activities and the public, while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or safety concerns, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensure crew safety by establishing a safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program, and promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
• Monitor and maintain assigned equipment to detect machinery malfunctions, and ensure proper operation and maintenance.
• Analyze job cost reports to ensure production is within budget, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
• Review and approve employee time reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, including the Owner, to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience as a Pipe Foreman or in a similar role, with a strong background in pipe installation and maintenance.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, with a focus on technical skills and knowledge of pipe systems.
• Valid Florida Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces, including excavations up to 15 feet in depth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and manage multiple priorities.

The work environment for this role will be outdoors in all weather conditions, with regular exposure to high levels of noise, grease, and dust associated with construction projects. The Pipe Foreman will work near heavy equipment and moving machinery, and may be required to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely.
