  • Understand internal resources and contacts to efficiently navigate vendor evaluations and contract approvals through the Global Technology Governance processes.
  • Ensure all project steps are completed effectively while maintaining focus on timelines to avoid any obstacles that could hinder milestone achievements.

This position demands robust project management capabilities and the ability to maneuver through a complex organizational structure, adeptly managing multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.

The selected candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, and developers, converting enhancement requests into actionable development tasks, while ensuring a thorough understanding of user experience (UX) and backend functionalities to facilitate collaborative refinement of designs and requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited institution, ideally in a technology and business discipline or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in retail, eCommerce, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional field.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience with SAFe.
  • Proficient in essential software tools, including Jira for project management, Confluence for documentation, and Figma for design collaboration.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of creating impactful PowerPoint presentations to effectively convey ideas and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting, ensuring informed decision-making and project tracking.
  • Experience in document creation, including professional documents, proposals, and reports using Word.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.
