Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional support to students who require special education services. We have collaborated with charter schools and school districts to navigate the intricate landscape of Special Education by offering high-quality, experienced, and knowledgeable special educators.

All members of the EdLogical team are professional educators or practicing clinicians with a thorough understanding of the programmatic, administrative, and financial aspects of program development and service delivery.


We offer specialized instruction tailored to meet the goals and objectives outlined in each student's Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Our educators observe and continuously evaluate students' academic and social development, maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and communicate with parents regarding each student's progress.

Our team is adept at applying a total communication or auditory/oral training approach to instruction within a self-contained environment.

We are fluent in Signing Exact English and American Sign Language, enabling us to provide instruction in both modalities across appropriate subjects and settings.

Our educators are trained to adjust hearing aids, FM units, and cochlear implant processors as necessary, under the guidance of audiologists, to effectively support individual students.

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree.

Must possess a valid California credential authorizing teaching in a Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe classroom as determined by assignment.

Successful student teaching experience with Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing students is required.

Teaching experience with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children or in a general education setting is preferred.


Candidates must have a private vehicle, a valid California driver's license, and current automobile insurance with at least minimum coverage for public liability and property damage.


Fingerprint clearance from both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice is a condition of appointment after all other required job conditions have been met.

In addition to submitting the certificated application, qualified candidates should upload:

Experience working with children with visual impairments aged birth through 21 years
Experience working with children with severe disabilities
Teaching experience in general education programs, either elementary or secondary
Ability to use Sign Language
Bilingual

Daily interaction with district, school staff, and students is expected.
