Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Tigard, OR facility. This is a 13-week contract position that requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders and provide education to patients and family members on speech disorders and their causes.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate).
Experience in an SNF setting is required. Rehab Optima experience is preferred.
Strong clinical problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and prioritize issues, develop sound action plans, and execute them in a timely manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
