Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, using their clinical expertise and judgment to coordinate and deliver high-quality services. With a focus on promoting patient safety, dignity, and well-being, this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Coordinate patient care delivery with the healthcare team
  • Promote safe passage for patients through the healthcare system
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular or related field
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
