We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed School Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to students, collaborating with educators and staff to promote a healthy learning environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for students
  • Develop and implement Individual Health Plans (IHPs) and 504 Plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and families to facilitate student access to healthcare services
  • Aid in third-party billing processes
  • Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to deliver healthcare services to students
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
Requirements
  • Current Minnesota School Nurse License with PELSB
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Minnesota License as a Registered Nurse
  • Public Health Nurse Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical patient care experience
  • Experience managing chronic health conditions
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
