- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, promotions, and special offers to provide expert advice to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and meet customer expectations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners, store managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge of vaping products and accessories is a plus, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Reliability: Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $15.00, plus commission.
- Holidays: Paid holidays immediately, with additional paid time off after 6 months of service.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no weekends required.
