About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Pendleton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Obtain vital signs and weights, and monitor food and liquid intake.
  • Deliver meal trays to residents, ensuring food is appropriate to their care plan, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Escort residents to participate in therapy sessions and activities.
  • Respond to resident and family needs respectfully and with a positive manner in all interactions.
  • Make daily rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Must hold an active Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
