Restaurant Expeditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our team at WKY Development LLC Oak Grove. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before delivering them to guests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to quality and sanitation standards.
• Transfer important information between the kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless service.
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing to maintain efficient operations.
• Support bussers and servers in their tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager.
