Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Family Therapist to join our team. As a family-centered clinician, you will work closely with individuals and families to provide therapeutic support and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish service or treatment plans based on assessments of needs and develop practical suggestions for change.
  • Conduct assessments in the areas of mental status, personality, behavioral response patterns, relationships, and family interactions.
  • Provide closure and aftercare plans for each family/individual.
  • Offer 24/7 on-call support to assigned individuals/families.
  • Develop and implement activity-based interventions and approaches.
  • Maintain positive relationships with referring agencies and community organizations.
  • Support peer development by addressing professional growth areas and team performance issues.
Qualifications:
  • Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • Clinician must be State licensed or license eligible with BBS.
  • Current license as required by state.
  • Specialized training as required by state.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivation and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
