Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist PRN to join our team at Medical City Fort Worth. As a CT Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans under the guidance of a Radiologist on patients of all ages. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans on patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality images and minimal radiation exposure.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment, adhering to practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.
  • Participate in departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician certification.
  • Registered Computerized Tomography Technician certification, obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
  • Registered with ARRT (Army graduates must take their ARRT registry within twelve months of their hire date or earlier if mandated by the State of Texas), and Texas (MRT) certifications.
  • CT Certification through ARRT required.
