PET/CT Coordinator

RadNet is a leading radiology company that is Leading Radiology Forward. We are seeking a highly skilled PET/CT Coordinator to join our team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation for PET isotopes, including Axumin and NETSPOT, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Compile clinical notes, pathology, lab, and prior imaging to create comprehensive summaries for radiologists.
- Track clinical information and assessments to inform future publications and CMS decisions.
- Coordinate Cancer Research Collaboration case assignments and ensure adherence to clinical trial guidelines.
- Collaborate with Dr. Rose to coordinate PET/CT protocols, tracers, and new technologies.
- Assist radiologists with identifying clinical documentation and imaging for presentations.
- Support BRMG Medical Directors with peer review submissions and entries across all modalities.
- Recruit radiologists for PET/CT and assist with other modalities as needed.
- Be prepared to cover all positions within the physician's division if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related field or equivalent experience.
- College coursework or experience in sciences, research data collection, and clinical project design.
- High level of computer literacy using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with physicians, nurses, patients, and study sponsors.
- High level of detail orientation.
