About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Friendship CDJR of Johnson City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to test components and systems
  • Accurately estimate the time needed for service and communicate with customers
  • Properly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles
  • Efficiently perform work specified on Repair Orders
  • Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications and customer expectations
  • Effectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers
  • Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of quality

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniques
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
