Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting student achievements and areas for improvement.
- A valid Washington State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
