You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise and passion for nursing will be essential in creating a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Core Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process, using evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills to ensure individualized patient care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve goals, using effective communication methods.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) licensure upon hire.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
