Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Operate a large food smoker and a stone oven to achieve the perfect flavor and texture.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Interact with a Kitchen Display System to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve a remarkable guest experience.
