As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with our safety department to ensure that all safety goals are prioritized, and collaborate with 3rd party EPC Contractors to cultivate positive and collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver projects flawlessly, in line with company expectations
  • Prepare and manage project execution plans, schedules, and closeouts
  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to QA/QC plans
  • Conduct daily safety walks and submit reports
  • Confirm and approve construction achievements
  • Communicate and manage ongoing punch lists
Requirements
  • 5 years of onsite utility-scale solar, battery storage, and/or substation construction management experience
  • OSHA 30 Certified
  • Advanced knowledge of solar construction management processes
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite 5 days a week
