Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Behavior Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with ASD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our outpatient clinic and/or in an approved community setting under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement client-specific programs, behavior plans, and other activities as outlined for each client.
  • Complete all required clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and Family Insight policies.
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the client's treatment team.
  • Participate in remote interview process and complete onboarding training.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move swiftly with clients to ensure their safety.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Preference will be given to applicants who are a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), have ABA experience, or are enrolled in BCBA coursework.
