Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration and cleaning projects, including water, fire, and mold remediation
  • Conduct site assessments and develop project plans to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance agents, and adjusters to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment, including drying equipment and software
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration and cleaning, with a focus on water, fire, and mold remediation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasional overtime
