Dining Host

We are seeking a Dining Host to join our team at HIA Restaurant Partners LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

• As a Dining Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• You will work closely with other members of the serving staff to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and efficiently.
• Apply suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Record orders accurately and ensure prompt placement of orders.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and remove unneeded dishes and utensils.
• Prepare desserts and beverages for guests as required.
• Clean and reset tables after each use.
• Collect payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures.

Requirements:

• You must be able to stand and walk for long periods during an 8-hour shift.
• You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You should be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
