Price Accuracy Associate

Weis Markets is seeking a skilled Price Accuracy Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing across our stores. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Smiles and greets customers, answers customer questions, and helps resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Enters new items into the system, deletes old items, and ensures pricing integrity by correcting or reporting omissions, errors, or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Oversees weekly price changes and pricing throughout the store to maintain gross profit margins, adhering to company and state pricing regulations.
• Verifies weekly circular pricing execution, is aware of all ad items, and any special restrictions, coordinating with department managers for sales promotion activities.
• Performs shelf tag maintenance as required, activates pricing batch work via computer, and communicates effectively with other departments for updates or changes to pricing.
• Assists with signage of ad merchandise to reflect company standards, identifies and corrects inaccuracies, and maintains knowledge of product locations to assist customers and co-workers.
• Keeps inventory of supplies and orders additional needs, ensuring smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with co-workers and supervisors.
• Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines to ensure work areas, equipment, counters, display cases, etc. are well maintained, clean, and meet all health and OSHA requirements.
• Utilizes all company-provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE), including cut-resistant gloves, safety cutters, and company-sponsored footwear.

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). No prior experience required.
