Job Summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a skilled Production Inspector to join our team in Colorado Springs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our medical devices by conducting visual inspections and performing various tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual inspections of molded parts and assemblies to detect defects and non-conformances
  • Set up Mold Machines and perform general maintenance
  • Perform in-line inspection and testing to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards
  • Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to simple problems such as short shots, blow outs, flash, etc.
  • Responsible for the quality of the product produced
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1 year experience in inspection using a microscope
  • Experience with injection molding and/or operating manufacturing machines is preferred
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
