Culinary Specialist

Magnolia Bluffs Casino is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to the specifications of our recipes and standards.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food as directed by the Sous Chef, adhering to our culinary standards and recipes.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
• Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in upscale cooking methods and techniques.
• Station Management: Effectively manage and maintain a clean and sanitary working area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and promote positive public relations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; Culinary school graduate preferred.
• Experience: One to Three years of related experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds frequently and stand for 6-8 hours.
