Bronson Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Internal Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician to enhance our existing medical team. This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient services across our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical care to hospitalized patients, ensuring their health needs are met through thorough examination and treatment.
- Participate in a rotating schedule that includes days, weekends, and nights to provide continuous patient care.
- Collaborate with residents from our affiliated medical school during patient rounds.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and committee participation to enhance healthcare delivery.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine is required.
- Family Medicine candidates with relevant inpatient experience may also be considered.
- Possession of a current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Michigan.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction.
