Job Title: RN/LPN Charge Nurse

Join Davidson Health & Rehab Center as a RN/LPN Charge Nurse and take on a leadership role in our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain established standards of practice

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
