Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Required: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
  • As a night security supervisor, you will monitor the premises, ensuring the safety of staff, residents, and the facility.
  • You will oversee the staffing schedule and verify the presence of authorized personnel.
  • Your role includes investigating incidents, accidents, and any suspicious activities, taking appropriate action as per company protocols.
  • You will liaise effectively with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire departments.
  • Immediate response to safety-related situations is essential.

Qualifications for the Night Security Supervisor:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • CNA Certification is mandatory.
  • Completion of a 20-hour State of Illinois security training course is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Preferred candidates will have advanced de-escalation skills.
