Job Title: Project Manager

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned project manager with expertise in Agile processes and experience in Wealth or Investment Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects with strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Develop and implement suitable processes and guidelines for application development standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management.
  • Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios.
  • Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are being met.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of program and project management experience.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master with successful delivery experience.
  • High degree of business acumen and technical competency.
  • Management of core functions including business requirements elaboration and systems analysis.
  • Collaboration across technology organization and provision of sound business analysis.
  • Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools.
  • Deep skills in program management tools including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in working on Technology projects related to Financial Services domain.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile - scrum methodology.
