As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
  • Round in the mornings, interacting with patients and families to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) designation in Pediatrics
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $250k, plus WRVU potential of up to $280k. Additionally, you will receive a $50,000 sign-on bonus, $25,000 relocation assistance, and a $25,000 residency stipend. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a generous paid time off policy, 7 paid holidays, and access to a 401k retirement plan.

We also offer a robust call schedule, with a manageable 1:4 rotation. This allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring that our patients receive uninterrupted care.
