- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication, including consulting with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments, including attending workshops, conferences, and online courses.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication, including mentoring new staff members and providing feedback to colleagues.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
